2 yr old rat terrier female still intact and completely UTD on all shots. Comes with all vet records, seresto collar for flea & tick prevention still good for 6 more months, bed, crate, toys, harness and leash, food, etc. She is currently 11.8 lbs and shouldn't get any bigger than she is currently. Pixie is pad trained but prefers to go outside so a yard would be a dream for her. A bit about Pixie, she was a rescue at the beginning of Covid. My previous roommate took her in and wasn't the best caregiver. Pixie is extremely attached to me as a result of my trying to care for her in their absence. Pixie cannot be left alone! It will absolutely traumatize her. She also needs to be an only dog at least til she gets acclimated to her new home. She is a very sweet and loving dog and will be a great protector and snuggle partner if you are patient with her and let her get used to you. She cannot be rushed. She is a bit quirky and hates any loud noises so she needs a quiet chill environment. Ideal for someone who lives alone. I obviously care very much about her placement and will not let just anyone take her. I am requiring a small rehoming fee of $50 just to insure she is placed in a good home. But again she will come with everything needed and then some just to make sure she has the smoothest transition possible.
