What We’re Looking For: We need an Order Fulfillment Associate who can pick, condense, organize, package, and ship orders to our customers around the world. We need someone who is a fast learner, hard worker, and who is eager to start a career with a company passionate about developing their employees. The position is not complicated and is perfect for someone in high school, college, or anyone needing a flexible schedule and easy-going work atmosphere. To Summarize, You Will: -- Equipped with a pick list you will pick many orders from our customers from around the world. -- Using our sorting process, you will put orders in the appropriate category for final fulfillment. -- Once orders are picked, you will sort the merchandise you gathered and prepare it for packaging based on provided purchase orders. -- After products are sorted, you will ensure they are not damaged or defective before putting them into shipping envelopes or boxes ensuring the presentation is perfect for when the customer opens their order. -- When all orders are packaged, you will: determine the appropriate shipping method, affix a label on the package and send it out with the carrier. -- In addition to order fulfillment, warehouse work will be required including: sweeping, trash removal, box breakdown and inventory putback.
