Job Description: Monday-Thursday daily cleaning duties include but are not limited to: three offices with kitchens, four bathrooms (single toilet), front entrance/vestibule and one elevator, hallways/corridors, trash rooms, gym, community room, rooftop, and 2-3 occupied apartments/day (the apartment cleans include light housekeeping duties - spend 30-60 minutes in each unit depending on size). Saturday duties: Take the trash out in the three community trash rooms. Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Saturday: less than one hour needed Pay: $16/hr plus benefits Work Location: One location Requirements for the position: Reliable, reliable, reliable!
