We are seeking an individual to work in a condominium property doing housekeeping work. Duties will include cleaning communal clubhouse (restrooms, gym, offices, and common area), laundry facilities, and building hallways. As a housekeeper, a typical day might include: -Getting to know all our fabulous residents. -Advocating patience, cheerfulness and a positive work environment. -Perform spectacular day-to-day housekeeping of common areas and offices. -Ensure work areas are clean and equipped with all the tools to make our community shine. -Respond to community requests in a fast, fun and friendly manner. -Follow and promote established safety standards.
