Immediate opening for an Experienced person to do general maintenance on apartments in the Berwyn, Brookfield Riverside & North Riverside are. Must have a dependable vehicle & basic tolls. General knowledge of minor repairs such as leaking pipes, faucets, toilets', remove & replace locks, patch, sand & paint vacant apartments, etc. Hours are Monday - Friday 9-5.
