Rehoming my sweet cat

I am looking for a new home for my sweet cat Fern. He is 8 years old long haired orange fluff ball. He is fixed and up to date on all vaccinations. Hasn’t been to the vet in about 2 years though. I originally adopted him from Seattle Humane Society when he was 4months old. He is very sweet, likes to be around people, definitely a cuddle bug. Always uses his litter box, likes to trim his claws on furniture but if there’s a good scratch post he’ll use that instead. He’s sooo easy going, will let you pick him up and give him lots of love. Loves belly rubs. I often get him a lion cut hair cut to help with hair balls. He is very longhaired wo a cut. He is a very large cat breed, i think he weighs like 18lbs right now. My roommate is allergic and I’m working 2 jobs right now, and he just needs a home where he can get more attention. Ideally someone who wants a lap cat/cuddle cat and is home often. Hoping to find a loving home for him. Happy to give all supplies I have for him including this large natural wood cat tree to the home he goes too.
