Looking for CREWS for CHRISTMAS LIGHT INSTALLS!

Denver CO
Description
We are a rapidly growing Christmas Lighting business in Denver and are looking to subcontract out a 4 man crew WITH their own Crew Leader AND truck to pull a trailer for the Christmas Light season coming up. We know the winter season is sometimes slow during the winter season and some crews are looking for consistent work to make it through the winter. We will start our installations mid October 20th and they run all the way through the first or second week of December. We then start our take-downs around the first week of January and usually lasts about 2-3 weeks so it can provide some consistent work for you and your crew. Pay is as a 1099 contractor. You would need to have a truck that can pull a 6 x 12 trailer with customer boxes and we pay the gas on your truck. We can provide the training but they need to be fast workers, physically fit to complete the required work, and not be scared of heights or being on roofs and ladders. Typically we just work 8 hours a day. We start at 7:30 a.m. in the Tech Center off Belleview and I-25 and wrap up around 4:30 once it starts getting dark. The first week or two we will normally just go Monday through Friday but in November once it gets closer to Thanksgiving there's a possibility to go Monday through Saturday if we get bad weather or just get behind for some reason. We also never work when it's snowing or conditions are too bad or dangerous. Your Crew Leader MUST be able to: - Be self-sufficient and run and manage his own crew - Speak English and customer friendly - Have their own truck to pull our trailer - Committed to the full season We are NOT looking for individuals so please do not respond if you do not have a 4 man roofing crew who are comfortable working together as a crew on ladders and roofs. We will be contacting everyone and setting up Calls/Interviews in the next few weeks. If this is something you're still interested in please reply back with the answers below and we will contact you. - What part of town do you and your crew live? - What Year, make and model of truck will you be using? - Contact Number so we can reach you? - Any previous Christmas Light installation experience?
