If you have Amerigroup Medicaid or if you have friends and family on Ameirgroup Insurance then this short-term gig could be perfect for you. Believe it or not, 1 in 3 Marylanders is on Medicaid and many of whom are on Amerigroup Medicaid. In some communities 1 and 2 Medicaid recipients suffer from a chronic illness. To make matters worse, COVID-19 has made it very hard for some to get the access to healthcare and wellness services that they really need. That’s why we’re looking to connect with Amerigroup members because we’re interested in understanding the health risk associated with these Medicaid members. Ultimately, our goal is to improve healthcare for those in the Medicaid community through direct engagement. DESCRIPTION: For this assignment we’re only looking for Amerigroup Medicaid members. The assignment should take 1-2 days. Your job is to refer at least 10 or more Amerigroup members to Hunt Health Group app to take both Health Risk and Mental Health Assessments. Must be 18+ years to participate in this assignment. PAY: We pay you $100 once you’ve referred 10 Amerigroup members and then $10 per referral that completes the steps below after. We offer daily bonuses as well. Each day you'll be entered into a drawing for $250 reward if you met the requirements above. Also, once a month we provide a $1000 bonus for the top referrer to Hunt Health Group. DUTIES: Refer and collect the following information from Amerigroup members: Health Risk Assessment Mental Health Assessment Blood pressure screening If you’re interested and are an Amerigroup member, please do the following: Go to Signup Take your HRA Take your MHA Create a Community Forum Add your primary care provider to the app (If you do not have one, Google one that is nearby you and add it to the database) In your Community Advocate portal in the app view the additional training resources provided to get started.
