Snow shovelers, plow drivers, ATV drivers and route managers wanted for work on snow storms this season. This is a team environment for a company that has done snow removal in Boulder for more than 30 years and has a reputation for excellence. Ideal candidate is self-employed or working at a job where they cannot work when it snows (ie. A framer, roofer, mason, farmer, etc.). Flexible schedule, cell and 4 wheel drive required. Preference will be given to those who live closer to Boulder. We do most of our shoveling in Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette and Gunbarrel. In your response, please list your name, phone, email and address, type of vehicle, and how snow removal will work with your current job. This is an on call position for whenever it snows, but typically we start shoveling at 3AM and go until about 7 or 8AM. If it continues to snow, we usually go back out at about 2PM. Shovelers Pay generally starts at $25 per hour and can go as higher within a few storms depending on your ability and willingness to take on a leadership role, including the following: a) whether you show up for every storm start to finish b) whether you can take responsibility for one or more properties c) your ability to manage a crew of 2 or 3 others d) whether you have a vehicle that can carry a snow blower and 1 or 2 passengers e) whether you expect to be here all season and f) whether your job is such that there is potential for a working relationship with us of more than one season and f) pace and quality of work. ATV driver pay is negotiable depending on experience and whether you can tow a trailer with your own truck and whether you are using your ATV or mine. Plow drivers pay is negotiable depending on experience level. We are committed to excellent customer service and to treating our employees well.
