Auto body/Paint prep/R&R-paid on commission

I have a business and shop that I run from home and I’m looking for a person who has experience with auto body and collision repair or someone who just has a passion to work on cars because if you don’t have the skills yet you’ll need the desire to do the kind of work I have to stand behind and give warranties on. I have a steady flow of cars that need all kinds of work from just a bumper repair to a front end collision as well as older cars and trucks. My shop is in the permit process to have a large shop built so I’m using what I have at the moment and have more work than I can do by myself. The commission percentage will be based on your experience and how much work you are capable of doing except painting because I’ll do all of it because that’s the place I’ll do my quality control. I have some tools to lend but it would be best if you have your own. I’m willing to spend time teaching someone if you’re willing to show up when you say you will and also will listen to understand and learn because all of our time is valuable.
