Luttrell Staffing Group is looking to hire several Production Operators for our client, a Fortune 500 food manufacturer. Job Duties • The Machine Operator is responsible for monitoring production processes; including operating manufacturing equipment and maintaining compliance with high standards for safety and quality. • Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available. • Feeding Product (i.e. cups and labels) into machines • Machine operation / Lock Out Tag Out and replenish materials as needed • Comply with all safety policies and procedures and demonstrate proper safe behaviors • Accurately perform quality checks and maintain accurate records • Monitor line for defective materials and perform any other related work in accordance with line quality • Maintain a healthful and safe environment • Perform best practice quality checks on line and equipment. • Clean and sanitize all equipment and facility as required Qualifications • Basic mathematical skills to make production calculations • Able to work in a manufacturing environment, within a variety of conditions • Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds occasionally • Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions • Ability to get along with others, be punctual, excellent attendance and follow instructions from others • Clear Drug Screening ( exceptions available please inquire about specifics) • Background Check (Please inquire about specifics) Shifts & Pay Rates *Please note, these are 12-hour shifts • D1 – Mon – Wed w/ alternating Thur. 6:00am-6:30pm $18.00/hr • D2 – Fri – Sun w/ alternating Thur. 6:00am-6:30pm $20.25/hr • N1 – Mon – Wed w/ alternating Thur. 6:00pm-6:15am $19.25/hr • N2 – Fri – Sun w/ alternating Thur. 6:00pm-6:30am $21.00/hr
