Description
I have been trying to rehome our pit. He is a fixed male about 5-6 years old. He has just been heartworm tested and is negative. He also is current on his rabies vaccine. We close on our home in less than two weeks and cannot take him to our rental. We found him on the streets skin and bones and have had him for a while. He has always done well with every dog we have had or taken him around. But he does not always like neighbor dogs through the fence. But I find that typical. He gets along with our cats but I cannot attest to other cats.
He needs a tall fence, a 4’ fence is not enough. He would also do best with someone without chickens or ducks as he does not like them. He liked kids and has always been people friendly.
I believe he would be a great companion to a single person or to a family up to the little training bits he could brush up on. If someone is up to making sure he has a few extra house manners he would love to be a couch companion. He does not potty in the house but could use some manner training. I have made sure his heartworm test got done and that his rabies was current so that would not be an issue for someone when we rehome him. I have tried other avenues so please do not respond to this about what I should do. We need to find him a good safe home to go to. I am asking a $20 rehoming fee. 817-94six-9seven06
