Our mission is to always be prepared, professional and safe. WHAT YOU DO ⁃ Purify and clarify water! You will operate equipment and utilize chemicals to purify and clarify water. You will also appropriately process and dispose of industrial wastewater when necessary. ⁃ Ensure efficient operations! You will inspect, clean, repair, and maintain equipment, tanks, and filter beds, and other areas to maximize their efficiency. ⁃ Collect, preserve, test, analyze, and record water and sewage samples! You will evaluate these samples with relation to National Pollution Discharge Elimination Systems. You will suggest improvements to equipment, processes, and systems as applicable. WHAT YOU NEED ⁃ A high school diploma or equivalent is required. ⁃ Three (3) years’ experience in the environmental services industry experience is preferred. ⁃ Three (3) years’ experience in waste water treatment is preferred. ⁃ Thorough knowledge and understanding of industry best practices, risk assessment techniques, standards, and all applicable laws and regulations as they relate to the wastewater treatment field is required. ⁃ HAZWOPER certification and Confined Space Entry certification are highly preferred. ⁃ The availability to answer and respond to 24/7 Emergency Response calls when on standby is required. ⁃ Must provide current DMV printout upon hire.
