Need Handyman for a Small Wood Panel fence Build

I have a small project that I would like a bid on. This is a Wood Fence Section to match Neighbors Wood Panel Pre-Fad Fencing from Home Depot. I need 4 panels installed around Water Meters. Yard is Sloped so need retaining blocks in first to level out area. Looking for paver blocks under fencing to keep off ground like neighbors. Looking to do this in next 2 weeks. Come by and check it out or give me rough estimate. Thank You
