Found: small white dog and small spotted dog

We found a small white dog with tags that say his name is Marvin. No one is answering the phone number on the tag after several calls. With him is a small spotted dog with no collar. They appear to be good friends. We are holding them for the owner. If you know who the owner is, please have them call us.
