About this position: Available Shifts: Full and part time. Weekend shifts. Day and night shifts. Installers work as a team to install Christmas lights and decorations throughout our client’s property. They are directed and trained by a crew Leader. Installers are constantly working on ladders or boom lifts. They install lights on trees and Christmas decorations on buildings. Safety is paramount at Christmas Lights Decorators. Installers must adhere to all OSHA and company protocols. Boom lift and scissor lift experience is preferred but not required. Must not have a fear of heights. The priorities for the position are: Communication with crew leader and operations Ability to Follow directions Must have reliable transportation Your success will be measured by the following: Punctuality is a must, tardiness is not acceptable Ability to work as directed Completing projects within scheduled time frame Capabilities and skills needed for this position: Ability to work outside for long periods of time Ability to lift and carry product weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to climb ladders up to 32 feet Pay structure: This is an hourly position that varies depending on experience: $13 -$15/hour Application Question(s): Please tell us about your previous work experience that has prepared you for this opportunity.
