i run a classic rock jam every other saturday afternoon and am in need of some female help: someone who can sing moondance, don't think twice, it's alright, angel from montgomery, simply the best, bring it on home to me, stop draggin' my heart around, learning to fly, and the like. i can use some backup singers as well. this is a pretty casual jam: we play songs that WE like. we're a bunch of geezers who've played in bands before and just don't want the grind that goes with being a band. we work off a setlist and everyone (especially singers) is encouraged to offer up songs that they like for us to put on the list. they have to be CLASSIC rock tunes we've all heard on the radio, not obscure b-side songs. if you're interested in killing off a saturday afternoon every two weeks in a nice 800sf space w/AC & heat for beer and fingerfood, hit me up and i'll send you a couple of sample setlists. you'll need your own mic, XLR cord, and a mic stand.
