Veiled Chameleons

Bought these two chameleons for $100 and they don't look right? The girl looks like she has mouth rot (I've been treating with diluted iodine and making sure she gets that uvb) and they both look too skinny. I've been feeding them dubias, they love nibbling on the pothos plant I put in the enclosures. The boy eats ok they girl doesn't eat as well but she it's, I'm assuming it's painful? But if you know about veiled chameleons and can get them healthy they are yours. I got them bc I saw they didn't have any uvb or lights in their pictures but I didn't realize they needed more care. Free to whoever's can prove they can properly care for them. They are both juveniles, one boy and one girl. :) thank you
