The New York Bagel Café combines community, food and live music in a very positive family vibe environment. We are looking for a second manager (FOH) that is passionate about food and people. We offer a salary (commensurate with experience), commission, and bonus structure that is very unique to our industry and an opportunity to grow. Responsibilities include: working side by side with Owner and BOH manager, leading and driving the daily operations, working alongside and supervising the team, maintaining quality control and guest relations and being able to jump into any position when needed. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of restaurant management experience or related industry background.
