A curated prenatal experience including prenatal yoga, a holistic prenatal expert panel, and some mingling over apps and mom-osas! Hey expecting mamas! We have a morning tailored just to you and your babe before they join you earth side. Join us on November 6th from 10am-1pm at Lux Life Chiropractic to connect with other moms-to-be in our community and to connect to yourself and your prenatal experience! We have an amazing morning line up including: 10a: Prenatal yoga with Cathy Hendricks, owner of CHIT LLC.11a-12p: Prenatal + Postpartum Expert Panel (including a special Q&A so that all of your questions can be answered!) Lux Life Chiropractic: prenatal and pediatric chiropractors, Dr. Sadey Broecker and Dr. Molly Mehlman will speak on chiropractic and it's value when added as a part of your birth team.Green Bay Doulas: doulas Emily Jacobson, Cynthia Dortch, Stephanie Paap, and Jamie Raisleger will speak to the importance of your support team. Each of them have their own expertise and passion, spanning the entire perinatal and postpartum journey.MVMT Physical Therapy: Erica Folker is a physical therapist and expert on functional movement for prenatal and postpartum moms. She will cover what's safe and what's not for moms during the perinatal period.Grateful Plates: Megan Van Pay is an expert on prenatal and postpartum nutrition. Being in the postpartum phase herself, she's excited to share the importance of nutrition throughout your prenatal journey.Massage by Maggie: Maggie Lovat is a massage therapist and will be sharing the value in adding massage to your perinatal experience.Wildflower Perinatal Support: Megan Beth is a certified holistic doula, peer lactation counselor and perinatal nutrition educator. She will be speaking to the invaluable support of a lactation consultant.12p-1p: Mingling with other mamas and providers while we enjoy some brunch themed appetizers and a mom-osa bar!Tickets are $20 and will cover the entirety of the event. You'll also receive a bag with some goodies in it :) Grab a pregnant friend, neighbor or coworker and come hang out with us for a few hours! We can't wait for this day and we can't wait to meet you!
