need trim boards replaced or wrapped

Where my stucco meets my siding there are 2 lengths (1 is 1 story, 1 is 2 story) that sit behind my downspouts. The wood is in relatively bad shape and I’d like to either replace it with something composite / PVC or wrap the existing with aluminum or something like that. Needs to be cream color / not white.
