Pedal steel player available for projects, gigs

Hey all. I'm a 37 year old family guy aspiring pedal steel player looking for small time gigs and projects to collaborate on. I'm not an expert steel player by any means, but I've been playing guitar and music for around 25 years and I am experienced at jamming, improv and playing in small venues (guitar, drums, bass). My main instrument is lead guitar but looking to dive deeper into the steel on folk, country, rock, Americana stuff. Not into drugs or drama. Looking to play around the treasure valley... coffee shops, breweries, wineries, pubs, bars, restaurants, parties, weddings, maybe the occasional bar mitzvah, etc. For the love of it, no big commitments. If free beer or a few shekels is involved, that's a bonus. Looking to make friends, play music, have some good times and enjoy the musical chemistry. Some of my music influences (in no particular order): Mandolin Orange/Watchhouse, John Mayer, Led Zeppelin, Hendrix, Avett Brothers, Wood Brothers, Allman Brothers, Joe Pug, Amos Lee, Colter Wall, Zach Williams, Turnpike Troubadours, Grateful Dead... I could go on but I think you get the point.
