Bathtub Repair and Replace

We had a brand new Kohler tub installed in 2016 and it probably was not leveled correctly. This year it developed a crack in the bottom and now it leaks. We need the tub pulled out and replaced and any damage underneath repaired. We want to keep the tile surround in place. Should be a simple pull and replace job but we WANT EXPERIENCED INSTALLERS ONLY. Do you have experience in bath remodels? Do you have an actual company with a website? Do you have references?
