Lost Brown/white Tabby Cat

Please help! Our Brown and White Tabby cat has been missing for two weeks from our Rockwood neighborhood home. He's a one year old fixed male, white belly and chest and all four paws are white. We've been callings SCRAPS everyday and put posters up everywhere. He is an indoor/outdoor kitty and he just didn't come to the back door on the evening of 9/23to be let in. There is a chance he may have been spotted by the conservation area on 8th and S. Carnahan in Spokane Valley a week after going missing. He's a friendly but sometimes shy cat and may go up to people for a pet. He doesn't have his collar on him and unfortunately he isn't chipped.
