Come join us 10:30-11:30am for Self Care Sundays with Rachel at Beach Haus Brewery! All levels are welcome- please BYOM (bring your own mat) End your week right with an hour long Vinyasa yoga practice led by 200-hr RYT Rachel Ozut. After moving your body and calming your mind, treat yourself to a complimentary Beach Haus beer or glass of wine! Remember, BYOM (bring your own mat). Dates: Sunday, September 12th; Sunday, October 10th; Sunday, November 14th (the second Sunday of each month!)
