Bro. Billy Tan is a retired Six Sigma business development consultant, and is certified as Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Laughter Yoga Teacher, and Laughter Ambassador. In sharing the Dhamma, Bro. Billy studied under the late Venerable Dr. Punnaji Maha Thera, and has delivered Dhamma sharing throughout Malaysia and other countries.
In recent years, Bro. Billy conducted several professional training programs for resident and visiting monks at various Buddhist temples in Kuala Lumpur. He has also shared the Dhamma extensively in the Philippines as resident Dhamma lecturer at Wisdom Park Manila, as well as to Catholic Seminary students, Universities, Theosophical Societies, and to inmates at the Correctional Institute for Women in Metro Manila.
Currently, Bro. Billy is continuously raising funds and providing humanitarian aid and pandemic relief to under-privileged and marginalized communities in the Philippines, Sri Lanka and other Asian countries.
