Faith Fellowship Return to Church Reservation Form Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, we have been forced to amend our service format in observance of the CDC social distancing guidelines.  This has limited our church to 40% capacity and a maximum of 56 attendees.  In accordance with this new protocol, please do well to reserve your seat early.  Please remember that if you reserve a seat but end up being a no-show, you prevent someone else from being able to attend.  RSVP your seat today!
