Strong guy needed to move very heavy flatpack box downstairs

Ten minutes of work, $20 Come by any time on Monday 10/13 I ordered a desk that's in a flat pack box that I'm returning to Amazon. I need to get the box downstairs from my apartment to the lobby area. There's an elevator, no stairs at all. The package weighs about 140lbs so this is super heavy. I can slide it to my apartment door and turn it over to you, but I won't be able help you lift it.
