Come as you are, and enjoy an evening of entrancing electronic beats and ecstatic dance, with Rocky and DJ Forigno! This is your opportunity to unleash, get in touch with your deeper self and move without judgment or expectation. Rocky will guide you through opening breathwork and intention setting, let you loose to move and dance, and close off the night with meditation and Shavasana. Snacks and drinks provided.
