Dog in need of home and care

My aunt recently acquired a dog who is in need of a home and some care. Domino is a ~30 lb terrier mix, is housebroken, is cat and kid friendly (kids 6 and up please), and is a really laid back, sweet dog who has been raised indoors. Unsure how he will do living with other dogs but previous owner mentioned he has been around small dogs before. It appears he might be around 10 years old. He has some sort of skin issue on his lower back. It looks to be an allergy to something. The previous owner stated it got worse in the summer, so unsure of cause He is in need of a home that could provide him with love and care. He was neglected by the previous owner but still is loving and wants to interact with people. My aunt is unable to care for him long-term and our family does not have room for another dog. He is friendly and wags his tail/loves car rides. Will need to be muzzled to get his nails trimmed as he is not a fan of that. He barks when excited but otherwise is quiet. He is still spry/mobile and can walk/run/jump into the car. Could be a loving pet for someone looking for an older dog who can provide the care he needs.
