Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides in Downtown Washington We are excited for the opportunity to offer carriage rides at the Fall Crawl Event in Downtown Washington, NC! 10/21 5pm-8pm 15-20 minute ride Carriage loading and unloading will occur in the parking lot at the intersection of E Water Street and S Bonner Street.
