Learn to create your own charcuterie board just in time for the holiday season!
Learn how to design and create a fabulous charcuterie board with bar manager and charcuterie extraordinaire, Devin Byrne. Devin will be sharing with you the various types of meats, cheeses, and sauces that will bring your board from just ok to phenomenal. You will learn how to arrange your food items and what pairs well together. With Devin' s vast knowledge of wine he will show you why it is important to pair your board with the right wine. You will see how pickled mustard seeds can be as versatile as a glaze, dip, or spread to make your board as unique as the host! Two glasses of wine along with other beverages will be served with your meal.
Cost for this class is $60.00 per person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event

Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, chef and staff are required to wear mask. Hand washing stations are located throughout kitchen. We will ask that you allow your temperature taken upon entering the kitchen. Kitchen area is large enough to social distance. What to Expect:
In this mostly demonstration class you will have some hands-on as you learn how to create a rose out of your charcuterie meat that will serve as a presentation for your board. You will enjoy a large selection of charcuterie items along with some great wines. You will receive 20% off of your purchase (some exclusions apply) and will have 30 minutes after the class to enjoy some shopping time.
