Come together every Sunday afternoon to experience a healing deep stretch yoga practice in the park. All levels and backgrounds welcome!
Deep stretch yoga is incredible for mental, physical and emotional relaxation. The practice works to release tension in your muscles and connective tissues, while giving your mind a quiet place to rest so that you may experience peace at the end of the weekend, and set your intentions for the week ahead.
Practice will occur as weather allows. We will meet at the entrance of the park and your instructor, Amanda, will lead you to a tranquil spot under a tree canopy, where we will spread out in a comfortable formation for class.
Classes will often be enhanced with essential oil aromatherapy and healing sound bowls. The park is a beautiful place to walk and enjoy some fresh air before or after class. Bring your own mat and any props that you would like to use (blocks, pillows, blankets, etc).
