Handyman/ Odd Job Worker Needed

Need a reliable handyman who can do the occassional odd job. From changing lightbulbs, touch up painting, trash hauling, lawn mowing, unclogging toilet, etc. We own multiple properties around the city and need the occassional help for an hour or three every so often. Pay would be $15-$50 an hour depending on the skill required/ job needed.
