Hi, I'm Geraldine🐾 (need to be "only dog") No cats. Sadly, I am set to be euthanized Oct 13, I am Elisted because I am very frustrated and stressed in my kennel! I’m barking, leaping, spinning, and bounding off the kennel walls. I have been at the shelter since May 17th and can no longer tolerate being locked up all day (I do not get walked daily either!). I am mentally breaking down and need to be OUT! It is inhumane to keep me in this condition…Can you save my life? I am a 2-year-old, spayed, white and tan American White Bulldog/American Pit Bull Terrier mix (51 lbs.). I have been in this small kennel for over 4 months! Its time for me to get saved and get out of here or I will lose my mind! I pull on my leash when I’m first out but walk well when harnessed and away from this noisy, chaotic environment. Also, I can be calm when I see people and other dogs when out walking. Volunteers say that I am friendly girl that loves attention and being petted. I take treats gently, like being brushed, and like chasing balls. When playing with toys, I give them up when asked. I need to be out of the shelter ASAP and into a home where I can relax and decompress and have a chance to run and play. I need to be an only dog in a home with older children.
