Ive discovered rehearsal spaces downtown for apr.$200-$250/mn, which I could afford, none available now😞. Me and my harmonicas need/will use way less than half of the time available (its mainly wanting it there at 2:30am, when Id use it, why Im looking monthly) ANYONE WANT TO SPLIT $375-$500/mn?
