Can anybody help me land a job at a tech/startup company?

I've been trying to get into the tech/startup industry for a while and I've had a couple of interviews but no luck so far. It seems it's just super hard to get in as they are very particular and looking for like someone who's perfect but no one is of course. We can just you know work hard and do our best. I have a strong administrative background as well as sales/operations skills. I am also a dedicated hard working individual who's tech savvy and a fast learner. Anybody know an HR manager at a company or is an HR manager and maybe happen to have some openings? I'm not asking to hand me over a job just like that of course, but at least connect me to the right person or put in a word for me? I'm happy to discuss my work experience and send my resume. Any advice is greatly appreciated also. Thanks for reading.
