HIRING ALL POSITIONS - EVENT STAFF

Seattle's premier catering and event company, Ripe Catering, is hiring event staff to work with us at the NEW Climate Pledge Arena at Seattle Center as well as event for the Seattle Center. We have ongoing catering concerts and events at both locations during the entire week of the 10/18-10/23. We also have events November 2nd-9th and some later in November. Positions we are looking to fill: -Buffet Leads -Buffet Attendants  -Coffee Attendants -Runners -Dressing Room Specialists/Attendants  -Kitchen (Cooks/Dishwashers) Physical Requirements -Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions. -Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners. -Ability to lift, balance and move large food trays, weighing up to 40 lbs. -Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks. -Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds for set-up, service and clean-up. -Ability to stand or walk for entire length of shift; may include walking up and down stairs. -Experience is preferred but not required, will train on the job. An understanding of the expectations for backstage catering always a plus. Applicants must have a great disposition, value hard work, and have an eagerness to learn. You must also have PROOF OF VACCINATION as required by Seattle Center. Event times vary, so let us know your availability and we will see where we can fit you in!
