Hello everyone, my family and I are looking for immediate local housing. We have upcoming artwork projects in Arcata, and like to keep it local to minimize our carbon footprint, but are open to housing in local areas as well. We have a 4 month old baby, no pets, and are not partiers or smokers. We have local references and have lived in the area for years. We moved last year to attend a birth center down south, and our lease just went up. We were aware of housing being slim, but it seems to be harder than ever atm.
