College Terrace residents - beware of a man in a white jeep cherokee. He and a buddy and some female aquaintances have recently started stalking an 81 yr old female USAF veteran and her family. He can be seen occasionally sitting alone on 27th St W, near Halcom, smoking pot. Spends a lot of time at a two story house on one of the side streets (south end). If you see him do anything illegal - call the police. Just a little while ago the man came up onto our property, came through our gate, and pretended to deliver something. I went outside immediately and caught him driving off, pretending to leave the area via 27th St West. 10 mins later he apparently returned to his place south of us. WTF???
