Drywalling - Mud, Tape and Sand

We are currently remodeling our main level, and we are looking for a professional to come in and mud, tape, and sand the drywall that we have done. I took photos of as many of the places within the remodel that need to be taken care of. They include: 1) Two walls, both 14' x 8' 2) One "peek through" approximately 3' x 4' 3) Ceiling - Misc. This job would also include a fair bit of skim coating on the kitchen ceiling. We removed the popcorn, and when they originally did the popcorn, they didn't wait for the mud to dry fully, so it essentially mixed with the popcorn and was nearly impossible to remove. We have removed as much of it as possible, but there is quite a bit of mudding / skim-coating that will need to be done. Please let me know a ROUGH estimate for this job as well as your availability.
