Do any Dojos offer Father n Son Programs

Hi, My son was enrolled in a Martial Arts Program and it wasn't a good fit for him. It was all good, no issues at all. I mentioned, " Oh, He is on the Spectrum ( Autism ) and I could sense a change. I'm no Karen so I just decided to stop having him attend. That being said, " Does anyone know of any Dojos that offer Father n Son Programs where I can train along side My Son. I'm not posting my number on here due to numerous scams.
