I am in search for someone who needs a room to rent. I have a ranch style home with big kitchen, plenty of basement storage space, 2 car garage, 1 1/2 bath. Someone that could help with rent/utilities/cleaning and upkeep/and is in the health field or therapy field. The rent would be $450 plus 1/2 utilities. No smoking, no pets.
