HIRING IMMEDIATELY!!!! Convenience store looking for entry-level, full-time and part-time store clerk. Two locations: E Pennsylvania Ave, and E Lincoln Ave. Pay: $14.00/hr Shift hours: Open: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm (Mon-Fri) Open: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm (Sat-Sun) Close: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Sun-Sat) (Open to flexible work schedule). Duties include, but are not limited to: -Receive customers and assist them with the selection of merchandise -Greet, interact and monitor customers to assist the store in loss prevention -Display and organize products in a store for the customers to locate easily -Help customers in billing and payment processes at the stores counter (i.e., Cash and Credit/Debit Card transactions; Money Orders; Check Cashing) -Communicate information about product availability. -Maintain the outlook of the store through dusting, cleaning and restocking merchandise on the shelves -Handle record keeping and re-ordering systems. -Receive and track inventory. -Help with preparation for displays and windows. Qualifications: -Must be 21+ years old -Bilingual, Spanish + English, strongly preferred. -1-2 retail experience preferred but not required. -Basic math skills required. -Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the position, such as: lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, standing for long periods of time, squatting, and walking. -Must be punctual and dependable. -Holiday/Weekend/Evenings/Morning availability required. -Ability to work and communicate with coworkers and customers effectively.
