We are looking for a reliable, honest, and hard working day porter to service several retail shopping centers in Rowland Heights and Fullerton. 30-35 Hours of work a week. $15.00 an hour. Job Duties: - Change trash receptacle liners. Wipe down lids - Pick up all trash and debris in parking lot, planters, and on sidewalks - Sweep out trash enclosures - Clean window mullions - Dust buildings for cobwebs - Use backpack blower to clear small debris and leaves from parking lots - Remove graffiti, flyers, and stickers - Wipe down handrails and light poles - Mop and spill clean up - vacuum carpet - Report any maintenance issues Schedule: Start time 6:00 am or earlier Work - Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday OFF - Thursday & Friday Extra compensation for Mileage.
