🔔 Personal Assistant / Housekeeper for a Small Family 🔔

We’re looking for a reliable, detailed-oriented, and honest person to help us at home for 4 - 6 hours / week (potentially more after our baby is born). Responsibilities may include but will not be limited to: Housekeeping – cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, taking out the trash, vacuuming, changing sheets, laundry and general tidying. Dog care – taking our 7 year old Australian Cattle Dog for a short walk, preparing food, refilling water. AirBNB management – We host an AirBNB, and there will be some tasks related to its management such as preparing turnover kits. Administrative tasks – help take care of mail, bills, insurance, subscriptions; purchase and return items through Amazon. Inventory management – manage Amazon subscriptions; make sure that there are enough household supplies (toilet paper, soap, water, coffee, batteries, etc). Must be vaccinated and show proof of vaccination (pregnant household member will be unvaccinated for one more month). Additionally, you must be quick to learn, and comfortable with technology; should be able to lift up to 35 lbs (e.g., to restock water), and have a way of getting to our house (near Pico and Lincoln in Santa Monica). You’ll need to be comfortable using and / or learning to use software tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Trello and Email (we will train).
