White-faced cockatiel

Description

We bought him a year and a half ago as a male. We were told he's very very friendly and hand tamed. Unfortunately, that wasn't true. He's always been very scared and skittish and used to bite a lot when we first got him. We've worked with him a lot and he has gotten better. He rarely bites now, but the occasional times he does it isn't hard. He lets us hold him and will hang out, but he still seems scared most of the time though. *His wings are not currently trimmed and he does try and fly away from you when trying to get him out of his cage. He looooves to whistle and sing. He has a lot of potential to be an awesome bird. Maybe he just doesn't like us? Maybe he would do better in a calmer home(we have kids, dogs, cats, and chickens. Haha)? I'm not sure. But I don't think he's happy. We want what's best for him and think he would do better in a different home and with someone that could dedicate more time to him. We can include his travel cage (it's big enough to live in, but I think he would benefit having a larger one as his home). Asking $160 for him and the cage
