Hey, I’m a bassist looking for players that like heavy music that’s not necessarily metal. I do love metal but that’s not the sound I’m going for. Some bands that I’m hoping to draw influence from are slowdive, sonic youth, boris, nothing, failure, torche, bands with a heavy low end and dreamy melodic highs. I care more about the personal connection between band members than anyone’s skill level.
A little about me, I’m 33, I’ve been playing in bands for most of my life at different levels, I have touring, recording, live experience, I can write and sort of sing, I have a steady job, rad gear, and transportation.
Preferably looking for peeps 21+, have your own gear, transportation and please be able to contribute financially.
