We are looking to hire an attentive, responsive griller for a 3-hr welcome reception during a wedding weekend. There will be 2.5 hrs of grilling. We will provide the food and will need you to grill in five batches (a ration of food every half hour as guests arrive). We can provide utensils and accessories as needed, if requested in advance.
