Your Contributions to the Team: As the Production Supervisor, you will support the Production Department by overseeing daily operations to meet customer and employee needs. To be successful in this fast-paced role you will exhibit a high level of attention to detail, organization, and time management. A typical day would entail ensuring the production team meets department productivity and efficiency goals, managing employee development, and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments. This role is based out of our Production Center located at 120 Seneca Rd and the typical workweek is Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM AM 3:30 PM. What We Are Looking For: A new team player able to work Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Associates degree in engineering, business, operations management or similar field.
